How founding pricing works

Founding pricing is for shops that get in early. If you activate founding pricing before your trial ends, that rate is yours for as long as the subscription remains active—you are not bumped to standard pricing later while you stay subscribed.

If you cancel and come back another time, founding pricing is no longer available. A new subscription is billed at the standard rate.

Do I pay when I sign up?

No. You start with a 30-day free trial. Payment details and billing frequency are selected later in your account settings, before the trial ends.

When do I choose a plan?

After signup, you work inside the app during the trial. When you are ready to continue, you choose Founding or Standard and select monthly or yearly billing in settings—not at registration.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

To keep using Shop Service Manager, you complete billing setup in the app for the plan you selected. If you do not subscribe, access ends when the trial period closes.

What does lifetime founding price mean?

Founding pricing is a locked-in rate for early shops. If you activate founding pricing before your trial ends, that monthly or yearly price stays in place for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel from your account. If you return later, founding pricing is no longer available; standard pricing applies to new subscriptions.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. Billing changes are handled in your account settings when you are ready to adjust how you are charged.
