You retain ownership of all customer data, vehicle records, work orders, and other content you submit to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and process such data and that your use complies with applicable laws. We act as a data processor in respect of your customer data and will process it only in accordance with your instructions and our Privacy Policy.
Payments
Payments for subscriptions and other charges are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and applicable payment policies. We do not store full credit card numbers; all payment data is handled securely by Stripe. Refunds are subject to our then-current refund policy.
Availability & Changes
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
